शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 

Candidates must have completed Bachelor of Library Science (B.Lib. Sc.) or Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B.L.I.Sc.) from a recognised University with Hindi and English as subjects at Matriculation or Intermediate (Class XII) level. Preference will be given to candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation Network (PGDLAN)/Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from a recognised University

चयन प्रक्रिया 

Selection for this Lok Sabha Library Professional vacancy will be made on the basis of Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Typing Test

Preliminary Exam – This test will be conducted in 3 parts for 50 marks each with 75 minutes duration, part A will be General knowledge & Current Affairs, Part B in General English and Part C in General Hindi

Main Exam – for 100 Marks with 30 minutes duration in Library Science & Library Automation

English Typing Test – For 100 marks with 10 minutes duration (minimum typing speed of 26.7 w.p.m.)
